Road Runner Tire

Had ball joint put in all around.. this is the type of work they do. Left tie rod ends loose!! No Carter keys put back in they didn’t align it right!! Then sent my wife and kids one a hour drive home with it like this!! Not safe horrible work would not recommend!!! Don’t let them put your family endanger…

Called the day before and set up at appointment for an alignment at 4pm. I get there at 4, they say we’re backed up but we can get you in around 5. I come back at 5 and it seems Pablo has left, whelp guess that means no alignment today. Oh okay cool beans buddy. Maybe manage your time better Pablo.

I’ve been there a few times, had a couple valve stems replaced. Today I had an appointment with Firestone for an alignment and Firestone said my 2012 2500 was too complicated for their techs to align. I really needed it done after replacing the front steering kit. Road runner squeezed me in and had me aligned and out the door in a timely manner. Said it was one of the easiest trucks to align. I’ll continue taking my business to roadrunner after today.

Had to bring my vehicle in as screw was stuck in one of my tires. Walmart wouldn't touch it stating it was too close to the side wall, which I don't believe it was. Roadrunner tire got me in ASAP and repair the tire within 15 minutes. They did a full repair not a cheap plug. It cost me $20 total. Steve but super friendly along with the guy that repair my tire. While in the shop other mechanics that passed by were friendly and engage me in conversation. Glad to have found this place and well definitely bring my vehicle to these guys and they appear to be honest and trustworthy.

I sent my son to have a tire swapped to a good wheel. They charged $50. He didn’t know better and paid it. I will make sure to never use them again nor will any of my company vehicles. They took advantage of my son because he didn’t know. They will do it to you, too.
