Roadhouse Car Wash

Went to the automatic car wash on saturday.Put a ten dollar bill in the bill appeared to jam.I was not able to get a refund or a car wash. I tried to locate a number.The number I located was not in service and the other number.I left a message at with no response back.

I slid my debit 10 times. 9 for a $7 and 1 for $3 My bank statement says 9 for $8 and 1 for $7 The owners in Milan said come use 11th street , your dump truck will fit better. No soap, no hot water, no clear coat or wax!!! Over charged!!!! Truck still looks dirty. What a rip off. What a shame!!! Not many truck washes left with all the club washes. I will Not be back though. Sorry guys, you have gotten me once but it sure wont be twice!!! ZERO STARS

Years back this was fairly decent place to wash ones vehicle. I'm talking 15 years back, or more? Whom ever owns this facility currently , doesn't update or maintain anything. No warm or hot water? Dilapidated building. Certain places of the buildings integrity are non- existent and coming down. When using coin operated machines, they don't switch from wash to rinse or wax and so on. Time you get while dumping your life savings into these machines, is also non existent. If you like your vehicle, Do not and I repete ,do not use this car wash .

Went 2/6/23 paid for a 10$ automatic wash, and my car was barely wet. I got a trickle of water for what I guess was the pre soak, no soap, and nothing else. There is no attendant on site, and the phone number sounds like a fax machine. My vehicle is black and looks worse than when I went in... very upset and dissatisfied. I'd like my money back! 👎👎👎

0 stars. Owner posted his contact phone on his old bill changer by office door. WILL NOT ANSWER 15 tries to refund the $5 his machine took. Avoid. Doesn't care, and you don't matter. Your going to lose money here. I drove 2 hours to show goods, had to wash them, and barely got cleaned up from winter roads. Rock Island needs better.
