Roadrunner Truck Sales

BUYERS BEWARE!! Truck was dirty and not detailed. missing radio with wires hanging from dash Crack in the windshield alignment was needed. you can clearly see the passenger side wheel was off from the space between the tire and side skirt compared with driver side ( was told it had one lol) when I bought up this issues I was told the truck was priced 20k below everyone else in the country lol WRONG and to get the "beep" off property. Just shows you if they didn't want to do the small things imagen the problems later down the road.

We purchased a truck from Roadrunner Truck Sale, and it broke down immediately after leaving their location. The truck has a turbo issue and a transmission fault. The dealer refused responsibility and acted as if the problems were not their concern once the truck left the lot. It appears they hid known issues before the sale. I strongly recommend never doing business with this location.

From the buyer’s description, the deposit was paid based on specific claims that the truck was in good mechanical condition, but a later inspection found serious issues that were not disclosed upfront. When a vehicle is misrepresented, it is not reasonable for the seller to hide behind a ‘non‑refundable’ clause and keep the buyer’s money. In a fair transaction, the right thing to do is return the deposit when the product does not match what was promised, and in this case the dealer should refund the $2,000 to the buyer

If the truck did not match the description, the seller should do the right thing refund the deposit and apologize. That small gesture could turn a bad experience into trust and might even keep the buyer as a future customer. Refusing to make things right only hurts the business’s reputation

George was as good as his word regarding the purchase of my truck. He paid the price we negotiated on the phone in the time frame we agreed on.
