Roadside assistance & Javi Flat Fix

Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was beyond disappointing. The agent I dealt with was dismissive and actually laughed at my questions instead of trying to help. I came in asking simple, reasonable questions about my tire options and felt completely disrespected. They didn’t have any new tires available and then tried to overcharge me for a used one. The pricing made no sense for the condition and availability. There was zero effort to explain options or offer alternatives. Communication was also very difficult because of the language barrier. I would never do business here again. There are plenty of other tire shops nearby that provide better service and treat customers with respect. STAY AWAY and go somewhere else.

Hopefully I would never need to use this service again but I would trust them. A nice lady and man came to replace my flat tire within 15 minutes. Pros: They picked up their phone and responded though it was close to closing time of 8 pm on a Thursday. They responded swiftly and provided great service. The kind man and woman went above to point out I was missing a lug nut on another tire. Cons: It was expensive for a flat tire for a 2013 Hyundai elantra, it cost $300 +. I understand it is an emergency service in New York at night, so I still believe they are worth using.

I called for roadside assistance. Amazing, affordable speedy service. In less than an hour I was driving again. They were professional and friendly. I’m so glad I called them.

Thank you so much to these angels! Got a flat tire on Christmas Eve and they helped me and my family to get back home. Please support this company who waited for us before they closed. Who knows how we would have gotten home. Again thank you for your kindness.

Very helpful and fast service at affordable prices! Our tire had a three-inch nail embedded in it which was causing a flat. The gentlemen and Javi’s fixed it in about 20 minutes and fixed the tire pressure. It also seemed like a very well-established shop since many other cars got tire changes while we were there! Definitely would recommend
