Roadster Shop

I purchased a Roadster shop SPEC chassis from Boris at Street Machinery to get ahead of the lead time and decided to go a different route with the engine and as a result had to change the engine mounts. So, I spoke with Ervin at Roadster Shop and ordered a set of mounts. They were delivered after a nominal lead time which was good. However, when I needed support after the sale because the installation required positioning and welding of the new mounts and because there were no isolators included it took three weeks to get any reasonable support from Ervin which I am still waiting on. When I do get an email it is passive-aggressive and incomplete. My issue is still not resolved. What an incredibly negative attitude and experience from the team. I typically don't take the time to leave reviews but I had to acknowledge Denise for going above and beyond with assisting me with my navigation itinerary, words can't describe how helpful she was.Big thanks to the guys at the pick up warehouse, those guys were extremely efficient and helpful.Last but not least Ernie did a great job of answering questions and touring the facility.The product speaks for itself it exceeded my expectations.

When I first started my project I called the Roadster shop & spoke with Ervin he listen to what my goals were & then based on his professional experience made some suggestions that was going to be best for my needs he was very helpful not once did he ever seem like a pushy salesman It’s been about 3 years now since I 1st started working with Ervin from start to finish he always took the time to answer all my questions & emails & I do admit at first everything seem overwhelming but now I’m about finished with my project I would change a thing I’m 100% satisfied with the spec chassis and so glad I went with the Roadster shop the products they manufacture sale themselves if your doing a project & considering a modern chassis no need to look any further this is it great company & great product

I was here in August 2017 and had a little tour of the shop. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and had one of the sales staff show me around the various vehicles and products that they had available for purchase. I love living with the T-shirt as a souvenir and I’m hoping one day to buy one of their chassis. If you’re ever in the area I would definitely stop by check this place out, especially if you love cars.

I’ve slept in the parking lot of many of the finest hotrod shops across the country, and this is by far one of the nicest. The tour guide Phil was very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the shop, and I must say it’s a marvel of modern hotrod manufacturing. Now for the most important part the toilet paper in the bathroom was soft but not too soft, and didn’t have any of those cheap fake perfumes. Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality would definitely sleep in this parking lot again……5 stars
