When we arrived for our appointment I specifically asked the service advisor if they checked the brakes, as I was concerned about them. He informed me of the multi-point inspection which included checking the condition of the brakes. He asked if we would be waiting and I told him yes. During our almost 2 hours in the waiting room, we were never updated about our vehicle or spoken to, so I assumed everything was okay. When the service advisor did come to see us, it was to let us know our vehicle was done. We asked the cashier if there was any additional checklist with the paperwork and she said no. Really disappointed in this GM certified dealer. Took my Cadillac Ct5 in for a diagnostic, waited in the lounge for 2 hours to receive a call that they have been looking for me and when they finally found me they were barley going to check my car. AFTER 2HOURS. After another 40 min I decided to check in and they found nothing. Which great news but I know my car and something was definitely wrong. Opened the hood and boom there is a crack on the turbo. How could you not catch that in the 2 hours and 40 min. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this! I’m just a girl and I figured the issue in my car quicker than their techs. Now that’s a real embarrassment.

We had a fantastic experience working with Miles—he was quick, professional, and incredibly helpful. When I first called, I briefly spoke with one of the sales managers, who was also very pleasant. The pricing felt fair, and the car we purchased was the best one we found, with all the features we wanted. Since we typically buy a car every year, we will definitely return to Rob Green and request to work with Miles again.
