Everyone was great. Madison in the services department was assume she helped me with everything.

Medo and the entire team were great! They worked with me over the course of several days and I NEVER experienced the typical “sell” as you do from most dealerships. I am buying a car from out of state and I never felt rushed or burdened by the sales team, I really had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle- how many times do you ever hear that?! Great customer service, everyone from Medo, Quyad and Noah were all great to work with.

Nice people I guess but bad advice. I had a check engine light, they said I had to change my cats for $6000, I said no. turned out to be faulty o2 sensors, I changed them myself afterward for far less. I'd rather they do the opposite, rude but good advice than nice and bad service. Beware of the advice they give you. Edit: Reply to you. No you did not say changing catalytic converters was a worse case, you guys called me and try to change them for $6000, you never said, oh let's start by changing o2 sensors, you went straight to the expensive option. I know you are just looking at a file, I'm telling you what happened first hand. You guys charged me $100 or so to tighten up the o2 sensors, engine light came off, did one errand in the day, light came on again and thats when you guys s

The people at service department are absolutely rude to deal with. I have always hated this dealership since the day they messed up with my car and installed the wrong parts in my car. This is why I would never buy a car from them. I encourage anyone and everyone to avoid taking their vehicle to have it serviced here. They need to teplace the people here and put in place people who have good customer service skills.

Medo is approachable, friendly, and kind. He related to us. He walked us through the steps of purchasing a car easily. He helped us accomplish our goal in getting our daughter a car to go back to school! Big thanks to all the other members that also helped!
