Roberson Carwash

I have an SUV, I went through the wash once and a significant area on the back hatch was missed. I went around again a mentioned the area missed. Once again it was missed. I went around a third time got out and showed the very polite attendant the area. He mentioned that it may be a sun damaged area. I demonstrated to him that it was not. He assured me he would see to it himself. They still did not get it clean, I had to do it myself with a towel that was in my can. Don't go here.

After the car wash near my house for some reason decided I couldn't go through tonight because of my roof rack I drove a little further to Roberson based on reviews. First of all, all the "kids" working there were polite and weren't just standing around. It was about an hour before closing on a busy day so I'm sure they were ready to be done but everyone had some pep in their step. The only person I talked to and paid was friendly. Now as far as the wash, it didn't get my rig spotless. I'll have to hand wash tomorrow but I was expecting that. My rig was pretty filthy and isn't the easiest for automated washing to get clean. This review is for Roberson Carwash at 3000 Ryan Dr SE in Salem. I’ve tried to come here multiple times now, on different days and at different times, and every single time for the past three or more visits it’s either been closed or “under maintenance.” The posted hours say it should be open, but that clearly isn’t true. It’s extremely frustrating. I go out of my way to come here, wasting gas and time, just to turn around and go find another car wash that’s actually open. And I’m not the only one—every time I leave, I see other cars doing the exact same thing. People pull in expecting it to be open and have to turn right back around. This business could be making way more money if they were actually open during the hours they claim. At the very least, update your hours so people stop wast

Today I went through to get a car wash. And had a good amount of bugs on the windshield. I have been to car washes recently where they don’t a good job of scrubbing the windshield or the front of the vehicle. I asked if they could really scrub the windshield, and I was surprised by a fella with a slick back hair cut that was on fire and a guy who had a rad Depoe bay hat! They went above and beyond! They scrubbed the whole vehicle! Prepare to get a good wash when these fellas are on the job!

I would have given negative Stars if I could. I took my 2025 black GMC though the car wash at Robinson's dealerships / car wash, This was the first time I've taken my truck to get washed since I've purchased it. I have driven by that place countless times and seen many trucks outside their lot. I assumed. Since, I have seen many trucks on their lot. I would not have any issues going there with my truck.
