I didn’t even buy my new rig with them, yet they have treated me better than some of my own family & friends haha! If you are in the Salem area I 100% highly recommend bringing your car in and having them take care of you here!! More specifically… if you are looking for a completely new ride go see Hayden in sales, if you need a new part for something go see Noah in the parts department, and if you just need some service done or your vehicle inspected for general maintenance go see Logan (service advisor) and Rafa (OG technician) in the service department!! Update (11/08/2025) After posting my initial review, I was contacted by Bryan Blackwell from the service department. He’s worked there for 18 years, and he sincerely apologized for the service I received from their department. He asked if I would give them the time and asked me to come in to give them my account of what happened with my car. He insisted that he wanted to make things right. At that moment, I really didn’t want to, I had lost all faith in Roberson and their ability to do anything right, but I was eventually very pleased with what they did to make things right. They sent out my car to be fully detailed, and when it came back and they weren’t happy with the results, the sent it back to have it done it again. In my many years I have had buying cars, this was by far my best experience. I first came to Roberson Chrysler weeks ago looking for a specific Jeep. Marrin the sales rep did not have the exact one I wanted. Instead of pressuring me into something else he simply got my info and let me know he would contact me when one came in. Few weeks later I got text the day it came into their location. Martin arranged to meet me the next day. Martin meet me at the front door. Had a great experience buying my wife, a brand new Dodge Durango! Hayden was our sales person, Very professional low pressure we arrived. He greeted us. We wanted some time to walk around and look at the inventory by ourselves. He did just that, allowed us to walk around didn’t harass us, usually a problem most dealerships. when we landed on a car, he got the keys and pulled it right up. we gave them numbers of where we wanted to be, and he got us within reason surprisingly close. Customer service still exists! Booked my jeep in for an intermittent issue. Service team were able to find the issue and repair in a timely manor. This was probably very tricky to locate, so a huge THANK YOU to the team that worked on it, very nice work guys! Katrina's customer service is on point! She communicated with me every day to keep me up to date, even when there was no update to give. I had a great experience here and will certainly return for any future issues or when I decide purchase the next jeep. Already looking foward to it! Thanks again everyone!
