I would very much like to compliment Brandon and George for their quick response to our urgent service requirement. We had an issue with our refrigerator while in the middle of our long distance trip from Colorado to Arizona for the winter. It’s in the mid-80s still in the east valley desert so this was a real show-stopper. We were recommended Robert Crist as part of our Priority RV plan and they really were the right choice! Brandon was extremely customer focused and explained the process to us clearly. He introduced us right then to the service manager, George, who inspected the refrigerator while we were there. We've been searching for very specific requirements on a used fifth wheel toy hauler for four months. We went to look at one at Robert Crist (RC) but it was unfortunately too heavy. Our RC representative did some research and found the perfect fifth wheel at a sister company in a different location in the state. They moved the camper to our location and we bought it with no hassle. We had actually had a bad experience with this particular sister company two months ago and said we would never go back. We went back because of the customer service of Robert Crist. Our RC representative was there at the sister company every step of the way, and it made for a pleasant experience. We were given excellent value on our trade in and an excellent price on the camper. Would recommend.

This was our first stop to look at pull behinds and it was our last. We met Tom and the rest is history. We told him what we wanted and he showed us one and I fell in love. This is our third RV and we couldn’t be happier. Birch & Tim our service techs were awesome and so was Jake! These folks are down to earth & made us feel very comfortable answering any & all questions. Our encounter with Brittany the business manager went smoothly. She is a wealth of information & answered all our questions.

I have purchased 4 RVs now. Most recently, I purchased an Outdoors RV from Robert Crist RV. This dealership is, by far, my best experience yet. Ryan, the sales manager, was very responsive to all my emails and inquiries. It was perhaps my easiest purchase experience for an RV yet. The service department too has been a pleasure to work with. Whereas another nationwide mega dealership was non-responsive or slow to respond, Rick, the service manager for Robert Crist, was incredibly responsive. Robert Crist did every repair/fix I requested before pickup, and had it ready exactly when he said he would. I really can’t recommend this dealership enough.
