Hands down the best costumer service, Amy Kidd always has a smile on her face every time I walk in! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my oil changes, new tires, etc. Big shout out to Allen the service manager he’s always very helpful and his positive attitude just tops it off. I 100% recommend coming to Hyundai for all of your car needs!

Any time there is something about our Hyundai Elantra or Santa Fe that we need help understanding the personnel at Robert Woodall has been extremely helpful, courteous and efficient in resolving the situation. We are very happy with our vehicles and with the service that Woodall provides.

Note to self: just because you have an appointment time doesn’t mean they are going to adhere to it. Appointment set for 1p; according to the desk person 3 others also had appointments set for same time. They took them before me. Didn’t pull my truck in until 2:35. Good thing I didn’t have another appointment after.

The service was good All the employees were really nice from the time I walked in until I left. The only question I have is why I had to pay for a 4 wheel balance and they only did 2 and of course I was charged for all 4! I bought my car from them but not sure if I would buy another. I really feel like I was over charged for the service I got!
