Have never used a dealership for any vehicle before here except to be turned down so didn't know what to expect, However we drove our 06 GMC Sierra that we fell in love with immediately home same day, With a trade amount of $1000 on a older vehicle I didn't think we would get. This is by far the best place and I don't plan to ever go anywhere else unless I'm buying new, I can make my payment by phone or in person which is very convenient and the customer service is amazing I don't mind going there. They have been working with me in a job change paying at a later date with other income sources, I look forward to doing business in the future after I pay off this one. These are good people that will help you get into a good vehicle and work with you. They are the only dealer I know that also

I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past with Robert's Motors and paid both of them off. Recently, i thought about going back to get a light truck. I looked at several of their options (wasn't many like their used to be) and found something that looked great for the year the vehicle was. Upon looking at this vehicle closer I could see that it was heavily rusted on the undercarriage. The salesman insisted we take a test ride so i agreed. This vehicle made several abnormal noises and shook violently with every slight bump in the road, i was unsure if we would even make it back. Upon coming back i looked at the vehicle's frame closer again to find a large hole in the frame and holes in the exhaust system. I got a car from here last year. Mabye a month or so later the engine goes out. I was to pay for another engine and keep making payments. I never went back to get it. I won't be getting another one from here.

It's a family owned dealership that cares about there customers. Everyone is approved. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from.

I'm doing an updated review I have been with roberts motors probably around a year now and they are the best place around I have never dealt with a company like this before it has been the best experience ever buying a vehicle I can't say enough good things about the owner and the people that work there they are the best around and up front and honest with you and help in any way they can thank you roberts motors for everything
