Roberts Radiator & Car

Avoid if your looking for a timely and professional business experience. They are slow, tell you what they think you need to hear instead of the truth and not communicate with you as customer. 6 weeks waiting on radiator that was payed for up front $621 and they can't or won't give me a straight answer.

I would strongly advise people to avoid this business. We took a solid aluminum radiator in for a few leaks and to be flushed. Two weeks passed and we heard nothing. We went by there to check on it, and the (owner?) showed us little progress. Fast forward another week or so, and they let us know we owe 273$ for the repairs. The same radiator retails online for $199.99 No estimate of cost was given. No one called to tell us it was going to cost more than the radiator itself. You would think someone who has been in the business as long as he has would practice these things. Now he is the proud owner of a newly donated SVE radiator, free to him by overcharging.

Mr roberts and his team done me a excellent job. Super nice people.Made you feel like family. I recommend roberts radiator to anyone.

I stopped to get a price on some landscaping Rock!Carl came out and helped me out and loaded up the Rocks!!!! Then I spent the rest of my time just talking to him about all the things He is doing and finding out all that he does!!!!! If you haven't been there!??? GO check it out!!!! I took a leaking radiator there They kept it several weeks and told me they couldn't get solder to stick to it. I paid $72.00 and got it back the same way I took it in.
