I had literally gone under the bridge close to this shop by the Starbucks shopping center when I picked up a nice size metal piece off the street with the rear tire. I had to contact AAA since tire had no air at all. I came to this shop at a very busy time. I explained my situation to the gentleman in the front and he stated it could take up to 1 1/2 before they could help me. I know he could tell that I was already having a pretty bad day. He said if you give 15 to 20 minutes I could squeeze you in. It definitely made me feel much better, they were able to patch up my tire in less then 15 minutes and mannn I was so relieved from this bad day I was having. Needed help fast for a blown backhoe tire and Robert’s Tire made it happen in a fast and professional manner. Couldn’t have been better. The tech Marcellus was great to work with, fast, and efficient. It was greatly appreciated. Will definitely use in the future!!

Hudson was outstanding. Extremely respectful, attentive, and quick—he had a great attitude the entire time. Everyone I interacted with was professional, but Hudson really stood out with how well he treated me and other customers. This is officially my new go-to spot for anything tire related. Probably one of the best and most importantly, one of the most honest/no-nonsense tire and mechanical shops in the valley, especially for heavy-duty vehicles. These guys know their stuff, and don't try to talk you into work. They are one of, if not the top re-tread specialists in the country. They also have the ability to work on very large motor-homes and quite often have large truck equipment on their lifts being worked on. They do mobile work and fleet work as well. Keith and Hudson are always very helpful and have quite a bit of knowledge about the products they supply, both tires and mechanical. Usually quite speedy service, unless they're busy, which isn't a bad thing in my opinion, since it means they maintain their customers by doing right by them. Definitely much less pressure abo

I would not bring my vehicles here. ive had multiple issues here and honestly the biggest problem is the guy at the front desk giving attitude, I bring up an issue and he started to act annoyed, and his attitude towards me went from nice to dismissive. This isn't the first time ive had issues with this location but the main problem was the vehicle got an oil change, the receipt had an oil weight that was different from what the vehicle calls for, and when the dip stick was checked the oil didn't even reach the first marker. When asked about it, I was told "its fine" which isn't a response I should get even if it was ok( which it isn't fine, putting the incorrect fluid in with out being asked too) at the end of the day they corrected the issue but this wasn't the first time they couldn't do
