Absolutely Horrible Company! I work for Xfinity and came to a client’s location to do my job. While I was inside working, this towing company showed up and, without any warning, took my car away. Because of this, I wasn’t able to finish my client’s service, and instead I was left with a $260 bill for something that was not my fault at all. On top of that, during transportation they damaged my car — the front bumper was hit, and the plastic engine shield was torn off and left hanging on the ground. When I confronted them about it, they shamelessly claimed that the damage had already been there before they towed it. That is an absolute lie. My car was intact before they touched it. This company doesn’t care about people. They damage property, charge outrageous fees, and then refuse to take
I was parked legally but my car was towed from my residence because my parking permit fell off my dash. This towing company offered no sympathy and did not accept my credit card. To make matters worse it was raining and they parked my car in an area where I had to walk through a puddle to get in on either side. I would not recommend having your car towed.
Horrible, sketchy and unethical place. Towed my car after leaving it for 30 mins. Asked for 170$ without any explanation and refused to give me a receipt. Absolutely disgusting place and a big scam
🚨 Predatory towing scam — avoid this company at all costs. 🚨 I was helping my sister move out of her apartment in Allston using a U-Haul. The truck was parked in her own parking lot — a private residential space with zero signs about towing, restrictions, or parking rules. A tow truck rolled up out of nowhere, hooked the U-Haul, and started towing without warning. I went out immediately, explained I had no idea the truck was parked in a restricted area (because it wasn’t), and offered to move it multiple times. He refused and told me I had to pay $66 cash or he was towing it. He wouldn’t accept Venmo, card, or any digital payment. Cash only. Within minutes, we found someone who had $70 in cash and offered it to him right at the window — he looked at us, shook his head, and drove off wi
Took my care in a spot that was deemed fine and had other cars in the area that we now realized were “bait” cars. Several scratches on the back bumper and they only take cash. Oh and a fun note, 4 minutes total I was gone with full visibly to the car. So they clearly have set up spots. Just read other reviews and you’ll see what you’re dealing with
