Please, please don’t come to this place only if you want to get ripped off, worst dealership I have ever been to, the part department doesn’t know what they are doing, I have 3 receipts of bringing back parts of them giving me the wrong parts and the last one I brought on the same day was a wheel sensor that I needed the rear left on drives and they gave me the front drives tires sensor, totally their fault and Val to my face told me I mad the mistake and told his people the wrong wheel location. Unprofessional and very bad customer service. If you want bad service, stop here or take my advice and find another dealership or if you need parts goto rush Peterbuilt! They took care of me and got me the right parts the first time around

While driving west bound on I-40 on my way to California my check engine light came on and went off. I have an international truck so I decided to come to the dealership (manufacturer) to run the codes and get a print off because I know their equipment is better. If you’ve ever had codes pulled you know that this is a 5-10 minute job. This dealership explained they have to charge me a 1 hour rate ($207 per hour) plus a computer hook up fee over $100. So they wanted to charge me $307 for 10 minutes of work. I understand everybody needs to make money but this is extortion. I asked the lady at the front desk if she feels $307 seems reasonable for 10 minutes of work that’s doesn’t even solve the problem. She looked me dead in the eye and stated $307 for 10 minutes of work seems reasonable. T

This place rocks…. Awsome ppl to work with. Kept us updated often with the progress. Ms Enyssa at the service desk, went beyond and got us an Uber to go for breakfast, and another Uber back. Once the truck got in the shop, an hour to replace part and we were out of there. It’s a lot better, than having to stay over the weekend, to get it done. We’ve been to a few shops, and these ppl are definitely at the top of the list now. Nice and clean yard and a ghost spot to drop your trailer too

I do have to say, I am happily surprised that I just got a call from Michael New, Parts Manager, Roberts Truck Center. Very pleasant person that took the time to explain what happened and apologize about the confusion with the wrong parts given to me. He explained their policy and after he did future research of the issues he wanted to accept the part back but I had already left. He went above the call of duty and refunded the price even though I was not able to come back to his dealership. What makes this different is he reach out and fixed the problem versus just not caring and that should mean a lot to everyone that this dealership is willing to communicate with you and if a mistake was made willing to fix it. All in all I would be willing to give them a second chance. Good job Robert t

My truck broke down 8 miles from this dealer. The purge valve and the rear main seal went out. At first, they were very pleasant to deal with. The truck was towed in on a Thursday. I was told it should be done by Wednesday. They added an air dryer to the repair. Then a wheel seal. Then a fan seal. Now we are here, the next Wednesday, and my truck still isn't ready. I've been told there are other trucks in front of mine, even though they've had the truck for 2 weeks now. The latest repair is a secondary air pressure sensor. They won't give me an estimate of time, but my company has already approved this final repair. In the meantime, I have been waiting for 3 days to pick up a truck that was supposed to be ready days ago. Unless you want never ending repairs at dealer cost, and lots of d
