A joke!! My Girlfriend took her car there after a recommendation from friends of family. During the whole 3 months that the car was there they got the run around! After a month she got the car back “fixed”. Car was throwing codes before it left the parking lot. He assured it was fixed after 1500 plus worth of work. A week later car breaks down! Carry it back he finds what was probably the problem to begin with because of the codes the car was throwing! But car sits at his shop for nearly 2 months “waiting in the part” that was supposed to be there the next day every day that they called! Finally get a call thinking the cars ready to go? Nope “they had misplaced her key”. Gets better a little while later a call that “the car had been broken into”. But it gets better when showing up the owne

RUDE RUDE RUDE the lady who answered the phone hung up on me twice. Didn’t even give me the chance to explain what I was calling for and don’t me they’re fixin to close down. I have never been talked that way. Just putting it out there, if you don’t like your job or what you do, find another that makes you happy. And for gods sakes stop hanging up on people. Maybe y’all are going out of business cause the staff keeps hanging up on people and no one wants to be talked to that way.

I called about 10 other locations after my check engine light came on, no one could get me in until next week. They got me in less than an hour after calling! I’m very appreciative because I didn’t want to get back on the road with my check engine light on for a 7hr drive back home. I would definitely bring my car back! Very family oriented and welcoming. Update: I got my car fixed on Friday, the check engine light came back on Saturday! Can’t take it back as I live ~7hrs away! $115 wasted on top of the $80 for the part! They get 2 stars for being accommodating and welcoming.

When we couldn't find anyone to fix our heating and a/c problem in our Grand Marquis our neighbors recommended we try Robertson's which is where they take their business vehicles. Meineke (after two attempts that didn't fix the problems) wanted $800 more saying it needed an new compressor. The mechanic at Robertson's fixed it for $126! all it needed was a new blower unit! and it works wonderfully now! The lovely woman in the front office drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. Talk about great service and honest people! We plan on taking our other car there soon for some work and are definitely staying with Robertson's.
