It’s been a wonderful experience working with Bill and his team at Robertson Insurance/Carl Myers. My company (Lehigh valley water systems) recently had an accident involving one of our vans. I called Bill and he came out to our site that same day. It was totally unexpected; but very appreciated. My dad has been a customer there since the 1970s; and we hope to continue in that tradition. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED with Erie. I have been a customer for 26 years! Recently, I added my newly licensed daughter to my policy, and got a new car, fully expecting the premium to go up, significantly. I asked for a quote from Erie to compare with other insurance companies before deciding to stay with them or find a cheaper option. I was quoted "around $3,200/yr," which more than doubled my premium, so I decided to stay with them, as it was the cheapest quote of five I got. I told Laura I would need to switch to monthly payments (from quarterly) because of the increase in premium, she said "ok." When I got the paperwork, the premium was over $3800/yr. and it was a 9 month payment plan. They wanted $600 immediately, which I paid, and then sent a bill for almost $500 due at the end of the sa
