What an amazing place. We purchased a beautiful 97 Nash Bunkhouse that was super clean. We had an issue with the fridge and the water heater. They came to our house to attempt to fix the water heater but when they couldn't, they had us drop the trailer off at the lot to be fixed. They stood behind their word and had amazing customer service! I highly recommend purchasing your next used RV from Robin's RV.

Purchased a 2004 181 keystone zepplini In June 2021 sent money in May. Everythjng that was explained over the phone was exactly the way it was when I got there. In really good shape. Everything.worked just fine. I used it for a month in Idaho and Montana. The staff was extremely helpful I got what wanted put new tires on an Was outta there. I would buy again Honest folks. I drug it back to Arizona no problem

They were very patient with all our questions and I appreciated how family friendly it was considering we had a curious toddler in tow. We are still very happy with our purchase. Overall it was a very positive experience!

This review is for Karma, just like the guy posted below 7 months ago. It appears the pattern is emerging, and the secret to Robin Rv success is rip off one customer, and move on to the next. I Contacted this business, interested in a possible purchase. It was after hours, left brief message with callback info. Next business day, I didn't receive any response, called the business after 6 hrs they were already open, spoke to the OWNER. I began asking questions about the unit i was looking to potentially purchase. Robin, didn't know specifics about the unit, one that has been on lot long enough to drop the price 2000$, i'm guessing there was something wrong with it. Robin doesn't know her inventory well enough to be able to offer an answer that sounds like she even knows what shes selling y

I know this is a business, but integrity is lacking If the pictures had been truthful......... they had used older photos, that preceded the damage We would have not wasted a 7 hr. drive to see the fifth wheel being advertised. 😒
