Sales must be their strong point because it ain't service. Dropped my truck off, took 2 weeks to get it back, rental cost me a fortune. I was assigned a service representative who was ineffective as most people in her current age range. I had to initiate every update I got, never got her with initial calls but semi responsive to texts of course. Pick up was long and they all seemed confused as to where my truck was exactly. Tried ford after 35 years with Chevrolet, truck is pleasure to drive but my experience has made me rethink any future purchases.

I've been here a couple times for an oil change, and it's always quick. The service is good, and I appreciate them calling about an additional service (which my car actually needed) before assuming j needed it and not asking. Dropped off my car one morning before work and got my car back that morning within the hour.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is always so polite and HELPFUL! Every time I go I get the works package, which includes an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection for only $39.95. I've never been disappointed with my service! They get me in and out and explain everything that's wrong or may need to be changed or updated soon without pressuring me to fix it. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of as most women do when it comes to car issues. It's evident that they care about your safety and well-being rather than just making money. Thank you Robinson Brothers for always providing quality service and experience!

I've been here several times for oil changes and must comment that the service is always outstanding. The online booking for appointments is what drew me in and is a major convenience especially when you realize that the times are actually honored. I almost didn't want to post anything so they aren't too busy and increase wait times! Haha! But they waste little time and do a great job. Never a disappointment, and that goes for others I witness as well.

These guys are great. Friendly, service oriented and clean. The prices are fair for the work done and I'm never disappointed. Hard to find a great place to get work done on your vehicle. I've been here a few times now and if you don't mind the wait, it's definitely worth it.
