This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my 77 years. I asked them to remove the old OEM front bumper on my car and install the new OEM front bumper and paint it. They refused. Did not give a reason just said , “there’s no way we will do that “. I couldn’t believe it. So I went to District Collision and they did a great job. As far as I’m concerned Rob’s Body Shop doesn’t exist.
Stopped by today to have a side mirror repaired. Staff was fabulous JR repaired quickley and the sweet lady at the front desk was pleasant and made me feel like family. 👍
