Rocco does business old school and like a man! love it. replaced all my motor mounts and entire timing set up on my honda van, for about the same price as any other shop wanted to charge just for the timing. van runs quiet and very smooth now. highly recommend this place. straight forward, great pricing and fast service. I’ve been bringing my car to these guys for over 20 years and have now started bringing my son’s in as well. I don’t go anywhere else for service. Most recently, my son’s Civic had an oil leak which was quickly diagnosed, the part was ordered and replaced and the work was completed by the end of the day. I’m always happy with the work that is done and know I can trust Rocco’s to take care of our cars.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I had my 2000 Honda Civic EX towed in early in the morning because it would not start. I agreed to pay $170 for a diagnostic. From the start, I made it clear I had no ride and didn’t mind waiting all day — I only asked for a rough estimate of how long the diagnosis would take. Instead of answering a simple question, the mechanic got visibly irritated and dismissive. When I stepped out briefly and came back in, I overheard him talking trash about me. The moment he realized I could hear him, he suddenly changed the story and claimed he was talking about his kids. Completely unprofessional and insulting.
