He really went the extra mile, even helping me acting as a liaison for the delivery service I set up, which made everything super easy being out of state. From my first question to signing the final paperwork, the process was smooth and stress-free. They had exactly what I was looking for. The internet price was a fair deal to me. The pressure to buy was relatively low. I recommend working with them on financing your next vehicle. The warranty I purchased was useless and felt like theft. It took 3 months to be refunded. The vehicle didn't have its 30k maintenance done even though it had 34k miles on it. I bit irresponsible. So, I wont be back.

I just moved into town and was looking for a reliable vehicle that wasnt too expensive. I drove around for hours going to different used car spots around the area with Zero luck. Rocha was the last one I went too and my expectations were low because I hadn't seen anything worth buying all day. Im so glad I stopped there, the guys that work there are really nice and are willing to work with you to try and find something for you. They had a little truck that was the right price and Exactly what I was looking for. Bought a 50k truck in cash. Great experience buying. Truck had issues like somebody had just cleared the codes, but they got it into their shop to fix and were on it (Mitch was). I was told when buying the car by Matthew that since I would be leaving for Vegas that he’d print another temp tag if I needed it. I called multiple times before my move and was told I would receive an answer. He never got back to me. I don’t appreciate Mathew’s lack of follow-through and fully believe Mitch will be the person to keep this place afloat going forward.

Best experience ever! They had the vehicle I was interested in and by the time I got back from test drive my financing was ready to go! I had my keys and the deal was done. The staff is extremely friendly. Offered fresh cookies and coffee while I signed.
