Amazing people! So nice, so professional, always checking on me while I was waiting. Squeezed me in and even came in early to get my window done. I would 100% recommend and go to them again. Window also came out flawless.

From the first phone call I made to schedule my appointment to my last goodbye after service, the receptionist and service technicians at the Sequim WA location were absolutely delightful. Everyone had a smile on their faces and the receptionist was kind, thoughtful, respectful and offered coffee, hot cider, tea while I waited. She even handled a very honorary customer who came in after me with such grace. I was amazed at the kindness and efficiency of this establishment.

I made a last minute appointment while visiting from out of town and they were able to take care of me within a couple days, could not have been more convenient. On top of that the front desk person, Barbara, went above and beyond to be super nice and welcoming and made the whole process even easier!

The technician and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my truck's windshield. After 30 years the windshield had lost it's seal so it was definately a challenge. They meticulously overcame all obstacles as well as moss growing along the rim of the windshield. The windshield had developed its own ecosystem. Great job guys!

My windshield is a pleasure to see through, my new wipers are effective and soundless, and the service was fast and professional! Even more delightful is the reception area, with coffee, an incredibly thoughtful and sweet receptionist, and the kind welcome of every staff member!
