They are actually 10 star. Knowledge, Service outstanding! Had a delivery in Abbeville, needed to get tires before hitting the road. Everyone in Rochelle and surrounding area you all have a Gem. I'm so happy I was close. I'm from Texas, and always use tire rack. Not anymore ordering from these guys small shops rock......

My truck started having vibrational issues a few days ago. I initially thought it would be just an alignment issue. Freeno, told us to come in so they could check the tires. And luckily, we did as the two front tires were starting to round out. Meaning that the belts were starting to expand and eventually explode. Replaced the front tires. No vibration. Glad we came to him when we did. They know their stuff and highly recommend Rochelle Tires.

Very poor service. I have been getting my three vehicles tires rotated and balanced here for a year now. The last time they only balanced two of my tires instead of all four and went up $5 on the price. So today when I went to have another vehicle's tires rotated and balanced, I asked why aren't all the tires being balanced. I was told that it is not necessary to balance the tires unless it is needed. So I asked them why I am paying you to rotate and balance my tires if you aren't doing it. Well I will not be having any of my tire service done here when the price goes up and only get half a job done.

Definitely worth travelling 30 miles for tire service. I will use Rochelle Tire for all of my tire needs. I stopped in to get the tire pressure checked on my tires because I was carrying a heavy load. They were very nice and they spotted a bad tire on the front and a mis-sized tire on the back. They fixed all my problems and they did not charge me an outrageous price. I highly recommend this tire service center.
