Stephens Brothers

These are the same guys that own the Stephens Tow company.....This place has terrible customer service, they over charge and come off racist!! I live out of town but my car was being used by a family member, the car was involved in a wreck and these guys treated me like a criminal!! The initial tow charge was $435(never heard of that for a sedan). Because of their attitudes and prices, if they were in a larger city and had to compete with other towing companies they would be out of business!!

I was working on the sewer at the local Dollar General at around 6 o'clock here in Rochelle. I am from macon, about an hour and a half drive. Keys became locked in the van. After calling around for an hour Stephens brothers showed up within 8 minutes and had the door open with 0 damage to the vehicle within 5 minutes. Very Professional! I was able to make it home before 9 o'clock thanks to these guys. Price was also VERY reasonable.

Wow! What’s with the negative reviews? These folks are great. And honest as Ole Abe! They don’t lie, cheat, nor steal. Have used in the past, will use again.

They are very expensive for towing. Charged repossession fee for a 911 tow. Vehicle was never repossessed. Just don't me from out of town and have to have your vehicle towed by Stephen's Brothers they'll charge whatever they want and how they want so it's the most expensive for the vehicle owner. They are greasing their pockets. Plus, staff is not friendly at all. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Everyone there was super nice. Worked on my little diesel even though they mostly work on the big boys!
