Employee Rosa said 30-45 minutes for a tow. Waited over 1.5 hours for no one to show up. Then this employee has that audacity to get angry with me when I called after that period of time to ask where the driver was. Also said I couldn’t speak to or leave a message for the manager.

I called, in a panic, because my college student was stranded on the side of the highway with a blown tire. She had never changed a tire and this was also a car she wasn’t used to driving. It was only 5 degrees outside. Rock Chalk Towing came to the rescue. The woman answering the phones was so kind and assured me that she’d get someone out right away. I’m so grateful. They were really quick and so helpful. Thank you!!
