I had an excellent experience with Rock Collision from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. Chris handled everything smoothly, including communication with insurance, which made the whole process stress-free. My vehicle was returned looking absolutely perfect! The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate how efficient and caring the entire team was. Highly recommend to anyone needing collision repair!

Good work when they are getting paid. But when they are not and totaling out a vehicle that is still drivable and not getting salvaged title they may not do good by you. They may as they did for me put your car back together but will NOT they let you know all that they have taken apart. BEWARE they will NOT make it rt. As they told me “sorry those clips are special order and since you took the vehicle there’s nothing they can do”. I thought of better in Georgetown but times definitely are proving that is NOT the case. Make sure you go over everything don’t be like me and just trust these people to do the right thing.

Such a smooth experience! Questions about insurance procedures? Answered. Inevitable issues with the insurance? Taken care of without my involvement! Communication? Every single day an update sent to my phone. Rental car? Across the street. Best of all? The quality of repair and the condition that the car was returned to me in! Cleaner than when I dropped it off. It looks great!

I’ve used Rock Collision twice now for accidents that were not my fault. I say that because in both situations I believe they did a good job working with the other parties’ insurance. I felt like they communicated well with me during the whole process and restored my cars back to where they were. I hope I never have to use them again, obviously, but they’re my first choice if I get into an accident. Also I’ve recommended them to friends, and they’ve been happy with their service as well.
