We called and talked to the owner about a transmission rebuild for a 1997 Ford F250 Hd work truck. Mike gave us a price of 3700.00 to rebuild it. He had it 2 wks, My grandson got it back after paying 4000.00 , drove it 2 days and the truck had no reverse. Called them back and he said get it back to the garage so they could diagnose . He took the truck to another transmission shop 15 miles away( he wouldn’t tell us the location). They fixed the no reverse on it. He kept telling us there was a problem with the truck staying running. I then had to pay to have the truck towed back to my house. Got the truck running and my grandson drove it a week, the flywheel busted ( was not the correct fly wheel for the transmission and deisel engine)The truck has to go back in the shop ( definitely not tak

They lucky I had to even put a star… cause this place is crap!!! Took my car in for a power steering pump and belt, an my car won’t shut off or drive… DONT TAKE UR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!! They will steal from you break ur stuff in ur car they broke my glove compartments.. for a power steering pump yall Why are u in that? They have had my car since Aug 20 2025, didn’t call to tell me how much I’ve called for weeks for my car it wasn’t done an now I call over a month later an it’s been don’t but yet they was not suppose to touch it till they told me a price, but they said my car been done.. they are lairs an they will mess your car up.. an then act as if they didn’t do anything to it.. this place is not even credited, yall I’m Warning yall don’t take ur car here…

This is the kind of work you can expect for this low rent garage! Mike is a complete joke! They rebuilt my transmission, and it was junk, then they put in on they had rebuilt at the shop. I drove it maybe 30 miles. Mike no longer takes my calls. WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️ This shops only intention is to rip you off. $2800 for a transmission that's worse than when I brought it in.

We have a mini van, and the alternator went out and possibly the battery, I called a few people and they said try Rock Garage, so I called them and they said they would be able to get it looked at and let me know what it would take. I already try and fix my own vehicles but after looking at what it took to fix this one I was going to be in over my head! I actually bothered them a couple times(they never said that thats just me saying it) and ended up needing to have it towed and they suggested L&L out of liberty. They were awesome by the way! Got it towed to the garage and after a few days they were able to get us back on the road at an unbelievable price also (I kinda called around and checked what a battery and alternator cost and they were right on what I found) I don't like putting w

Wish I could give a negative number of stars for this joke of a garage. Rude, condescending workers. I’m not sure who was the owner but they all seemed flippant and dismissive. When an obvious mistake was pointed out, they acted as if we insulted them. Then coped an attitude when we asked how long it would take them to fix their mistake. I could go on and on. Please take your vehicle any where but this place.
