Rock Hill GMC Service

I can’t say enough good for Rock Hill GMC. We were heading to Roanoke from Charlotte pulling our 5th wheel when we ran into trouble with our GMC 3500. It was Saturday afternoon. Fortunately we were only a few miles from a campground. We dropped the trailer and called around for service. Rock Hill was immediately understanding and wanted to get us back on the road. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday,. Tripp the service advisor called 15 min. after the appointment was made for more details. The tow truck was only available to deliver on Monday. Well, Tripp went about making sure they could at least diagnose the truck that day … before our appointment. They ordered parts that afternoon- received everything Wednesday and Thursday afternoon we picked the truck back up. Communication was to

Appreciate the respect, courtesy and professionalism that Sam Gardner showed from the time I walked in to the time he walked me to my truck. What a great waiting area, clean, and small amenities to keep you comfortable. The service was fast and the detailed report that was given and explained by Sam.

GMC Rock Hill does an outstanding job providing you with information and updates while you wait for your service. Sam is the kindest and best service representative!! He treated my parents with such kindness and compassion while they brought my vehicle there for service. They raved about how well they were treated!! Thank you Sam!!

Dropping off the vehicle was quick and painless, and both are important to me. They addressed 2 manufacturer recalls with my 2023 Tahoe and there was no charge to me. They completed service on the same day. This will be where I service both my Terrain and Tahoe.
