Rocket Express Car Wash

Over the last few weeks I have to go through twice and my truck is still dirty. Tried talking to some big Dude who refused to listen and talked over me. Went to wash on pole line and my truck came out perfectly clean. Your losing business and after talking to ex-employees, your manager on a power trip lies to all the customers concerned with the quality they received

I.ve been a customer for at least 5 hrs and yes I have membership....I.m Very Very disappointed. This Car Wash was very good when I started...the last 1yr. At least I was forced to take my car through twice just to get it clean...and today on the whole passenger side none of the rollers even touched my car and the Back was not clean and the front looked terrible as well, It's a mid-size car so the rollers should adjust to that.....so I ended using the rag to clean it which I shouldn't have to do. This was frustrating because I hate feeling like i.m scratching my car by rubbing the cloth with dirt all over my car. I spoke to manager on duty, and he basically gave me lip service. Very disappointing experience. I was told this location does not accept cash and “hasn’t for two years,” which is simply not true. I have personally paid cash here recently. That kind of inconsistency is frustrating and undermines trust. On top of that, the car wash itself does a poor job cleaning. I mainly stopped for the vacuums, but refusing legal tender is strange and inconvenient. Between the misleading information and subpar service, I would not recommend this car wash.💯

Thank you, Rocket Car Wash, for the free wash on Veterans Day. My husband is a veteran and being offered a free car wash on 11/11/25 was such a surprise and so much appreciated. Thank you not only for the great car washes we've had, the terrific customer service (always friendly), and the vacuum & mat cleaning facilities, etc., but also for remembering and honoring veterans on November 11th. For that alone, we'll always get our vehicles washed at Rocket Car Wash. Thank you!!

We got the $25 wash, which comes with a second wash within 24 hours. Once we exited the wash we drove up the road to Volkswagen to get an oil change, and our car was still very dirty. After our oil change we drove back down to Rocket Express to get the second wash, it changed nothing! For $25 and 2 washed this place sucks! There is still dirt on every single emblem about 2 inches out. Along with our rims not having gotten cleaned at all! It won't let me add pictures but we won't be back. Tommy's beats this place by far! $20 for a wash and they actually get your car cleaned!
