RocketFast! Car Wash

I never really leave reviews unless the service is incredible. That being said, Cole helped me out when i came in and I was floored! Ive worked in sales and marketing for years and this guy knows how to pitch! What a great guy! He was friendly and knowledgeable and actually kind of hilarious! I felt bad that I wasn't in the market for a membership right now, but I told him I'll probably sign up once I get my tax return. You've got a great rep there! Made my day and restored my faith that good service and hospitality is still alive and well in Shreveport!

Whatever y'all are paying Dena from the Youree drive location, UP IT! I seriously only want to use yall when she is working from now on, her work ethic is amazing. I go to rocket fast specifically for the power washer you offer and sometimes the workers don’t do it but my girl Dena put her back into it today! Just her and she did both sides on my suburban, the back, and we live on a farm so there’s lots of dust, mud, cow poop. I loved her so much I logged into my Google and did a review on a car wash haha.

Went to Rocketfast on Youree Dr. earlier for the first time and there was a young woman w/ braids standing at the Kiosk I didn’t catch her name.But I just had to come to your site and leave a review about her. Her customer service was AMAZING!!! She greeted me when I pulled up, asked about my day then proceeded to tell me about the promotion that Rocketfast had.Then after I made my purchase she told me to enjoy my day and have a blessed day. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a very long time. Whoever hired her GREAT JOB because it’s hard to find employees that have that type of customer service . I most definitely will be going back to Rocket Fast on Youree. Just because of the WONDERFUL customer service she provided me!!!!

As a first-time customer, I was really impressed with the service. Cole was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy. He is a reason alone to check it out. My car looked great when they were done! I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is really amazing. They have everything you ever need to get your car perfectly clean inside and out. Plus for the little extras they have a nice vending machine option for the things you forget to bring. It’s a first class facility
