Prices good, but you get what you pay for I guess… First, I purchased the Emerald wash in the touch free automatic bay. My credit card was charged, no reciept came out, and then the water and suds never started. So I called and left a message. I needed a wash and was here so I decided to pull around and try the “soft touch” automatic. Again, Inpaid for an Emerald wash. Supposedly, you get 2x the bug scrub in the summer for this wash. Its August. I did not get the 2x bug scrub. :( I called again and left another voicemail letting the owners know I washed on the other side and am waiting to hear about the refund for the first was I never got. Will update my review then. Photos taken in car wash lot before I left.

If I could give zero stars I would. Six weeks ago I went to this car wash for the automated, soft touch wash. I selected the wash I wanted ($12 or $13), inserted the appropriate amount of money and nothing happened. The automatic door remained closed. A woman pulled up behind me and offered to use her unlimited wash membership card. That didn’t work either. I called the number listed on the wall to report the issue. This was a local realtor who took my name, number and address so that the owner could issue a refund. Six weeks have come and gone and still no refund. I called the realtor back and left a message earlier this week and haven’t received a response. I realize it’s a small amount of money but when I pay for a service I expect to actually get that service. Clearly, the appropriate

I usually liked going here for all washes and using the vac machines. In the past year or so I’ve started to go elsewhere for a better experience. The vac machines eat change and don’t turn on. Forcing you to use dollars. Same thing with the vending machine for supplies. No change coming back if you pay in dollars too. The vac machines are duct taped at the nozzles and often in the self serve bays some selections (tire rinse, clear coat solution etc ) nothing comes out. The automatic wash is generally okay but has its quirks too..sometimes my car didn’t come as clean as previous uses. There are better options to go to around this area…many in fact. Wish this one got to what it was before since it’s in a good location and safe. I usually never write reviews.

Spent $15 on the soft scrub automatic washer. The machine would not start once I got in. There was no one around I could talk to about it, so I left the "car wash" with a dirty car and 15 dollars stolen. What a joke of a car wash.

Car washes are always out of order. Was able to use my fleet card twice in months. And you can't use it for the manual wash stalls
