Rockwood South Hill

The food needs improvement. Everytime I come to visit my mom for dinner, food is disgusting and overpriced. Small portions, over cooked meat and burnt toast tonigt. Last month my lasagna was still frozen inside.

The staff here are absolutely amazing—always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. They really go the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable and well cared for. The variety of activities is incredible, offering something for everyone, from fitness classes to social events, keeping residents engaged and active. The entire community is beautifully maintained and always spotlessly clean. It’s clear they take great pride in making this a welcoming and enjoyable place for all residents. I love to visit my parents here!

I find rockwood to be one of the best retirement facility by the way they treat their clients, workers and available resources.

Absolutely beautiful facility - every staff member seemed to be genuinely happy - every resident I met was full of joy - the community was full of life and appreciation.

I have a family member who has lived here 18 years. It is very well managed and maintained. I hope to move there sometime in the next 5 years.
