I would absolutely recommend asking to work with Eli. He even went the extra mile and braved speaking with my mother back in Tennessee to answer all of her questions making sure her daughter was well taken care of out in Colorado on her first solo buying experience! We had a mishap with our truck and 5th wheel, the tailgate got damaged and needed to be replaced. Doug found a perfect match tailgate in the same color within an hour. Ethan scheduled us in the next morning after they received the tailgate and Dan did a beautiful job replacing it for us! I was really impressed with Rocky Mountain Eurosport Service Center.
