Rocky Ridge RV Van Buren

I bought my. 2022. Prime time Lacrosse from this dealership. Every everything inside works.100%. The service here is exceptional. From the parts department to the finance department and most of all the sales guy. Every time I had a question. He tried to dig to the root of any question I had. To make me satisfied. And I thought, that's really amazing for great salesmanship... I must say they really tried hard to make me a very happy customer, and they did exactly that. However, they are not perfect. I did have one issue going home. My lights on my trailer would not work. So I did call service And it wasn't plugged in all the way. Long story short, so I just feel like they could improve. When a vehicle and trailer go to leave...have a checkpoint that they do... all lights work, all tires are

This place has been the best to work with from buying our new RV from them and getting the kinks worked out on it after our first trip. They did everything to make sure our buying process was fantastic. The service department is outstanding. They helped us go through a lengthy total loss process on our camper and always had an update for me daily on what was being done and what was coming next. I will never buy another camper or have any service work done anywhere else. Could not say enough about the whole team at this place. They are fantastic.

The customer service was fantastic! We bought a pre-owned camper that needed new tires. They gladly replaced them at no cost and threw in a few other needed items for free. We were blown away! From sales to service, everyone was very professional and helpful. We will definitely be back when we’re ready for an upgrade. I highly recommend Rocky Ridge RV when you’re ready to buy or need service.

We bought a RV from a dealerships in OKC Fun Time Rv. Making this story short , because we have had issue with it from day 1 of using it. We notice the roof was separating & instead dealing with Fun Time. We found out that Rocky Ridge was a dealer for Keystone. So we took it over to VB & the customer service has been AMAZING ! We would like to thank CHRIS for everything that he did to get everything completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Rocky Ridge for any type of service you need. Rodney & LaNette

Michael you were amazing and kept our experience positive. Although we had some bumps in the process you were there to guide us through. We will request you on our next purchase most definitely. Thank you and your Rocky Ridge Team!! Shawn & Mica
