I’m beyond upset, first when I spoke to them they gave me one price. I got there turned everything I needed in and was advised I would need 250 dollars more. I’ve had this car for less than a month and the check engine light came on and it started to make a noise under the right tire. I called and than had to bring the car to a place that works on them because it’s under warranty. My tank is FULL, here we are 3 days later and they are still running diagnostics. I’m a single mother, after everything I paid I’m without a car, I was not offered a loaner or anything. Just this message telling me they don’t know when it will be fixed and call finance for a deferment of payment and they will notify when the car is fixed. Hands down best experience Rockys auto credit. Ken made it happen. He was amazing!As we had spent half of our morning at car drive and they didn't get us into a car. We found Ken and he got us into a car within an hour. We are so grateful and glad we found him. Highly recommend Ken if you want to get into a car. Definitely will come here again.

This review is solely on the interaction I just had with Alma. I scheduled my appointment for next weekend to go in to look at cars as I will not be available to go in this weekend due to prior obligations. After getting approved for 2 different amounts I browsed their online inventory to see if their be a vehicle id like to check out by time my appointment comes. It was only 2 vehicles available, neither of them I was interested in. I called in and spoke to Alma and explained to her that I started browsing their inventory to see what they have but they don’t have anything in my approval range really.
