We were searching for a talented and reasonable auto repair company. Another auto services professional we respected recommended Rockies Auto Repair. We found the staff warm, friendly, organized, and with great communication skills demonstrated by all staff, including the mechanic specialists. Our needed repairs were quickly scheduled and problem assessed. Trained mechanics quickly diagnosed our problem and provided a very reasonable repair cost estimate. The follow-on work was quickly scheduled and completed. The staff communicated with us immediately if additional needs or costs were recommended once the "operation" had started. SCAM SHOP!!!! Rocky has taken over $6000 and had more than one of my vehicles for over a year. Every time we called for an update we were told “next week”. And then after we get them back we we have had to take both back multiple times to “fix” what they claim they had worked on. I was told I needed and have a receipt for the replacement of the clutch in my classic Jeep. My Jeep was involved in the recent flood and needs some repairs…. Why do I have photos (from a new mechanic) of a rusted, clearly years old, decrepit clutch still in place! And not even mounted correctly the springs and disc were loose and out of place.
