I am gonna haft to say worst car lot ever i been better off going to family auto bought a truck 100 miles down road transmission goes out they put some crappy warranty on it mechanic said trans was going out and that they changed fluids to cover up now gonna cost me 5500 to fix and they won’t do anything about it and also they lied on paperwork saying mileage was 161245 and when i get there its 162245 and i get told o it’s fine miles are fine and now they won’t help fix truck so avoid this car lot also got told by warranty company they bought warranty from that it will not be covered so now im out of the 2000 i put down and have a junk truck I REPEAT DO NOT BUY from these crooks they have not only lept the truck and refuse to give back but lied to me telling me truck was fixed so i had to

Worst place I have ever dealt with! We bought a truck from them the beginning of October 2025 on the way home it started having issues with the transmission. Contacted the car lot and was told it was covered by the warranty we got when we bought it no worries! Had it towed to an approved mechanic at the end of the week because we had to wait to get the warranty information. Was told the transmission needed to be replaced and then we were told that the warranty wouldn’t cover it! Called rodeo back and the next week they came and got the truck to “get it repaired” we have had to make the first payment and still don’t have the truck back! Then we get a message that now they are sending us all the paperwork for truck and we have to go pay our own taxes and get our own tag because we are from o

Since rodeo didn’t remember, I bought this f150 around 2020 odemeter reading 145k miles from Cruz. A couple years later I wanted to sell it, I punched in the vin on Carvana and it automatically showed it has 299,000 miles. So no I didn’t mix up dealers, this is a shady car lot. It’s a shame because my dad has parked next to the lot for work a UNSCA and known Cruz for years. Stay away from this car lot!!

This is the worse place to get a car. Worse experience I’ve ever had a car lot! They sold a car with a bad catalytic converter! And asked for more money down to keep the car stated I was bringing the defective vehicle back they said it was 500 return fee that was not disclosed at all on any paperwork or anything also they forged the paperwork saying it was 148k miles didn’t have the car a full 24 hours but it was almost 153k also they have the car back for sale it is a 2013 ford explorer

I had great experience yesterday purchasing my car from them. Very thankful for Ariana for going above and beyond & Ria was an awesome sales person. Luis also did his job without even showing face 💪🏽 i definitely recommend them. Thanks again.
