Rodland Toyota of Everett Service

1300 scheduled appointment for a simple oil change & tire rotation took 2.5 hours. No update while I sat there & waited after being told it would be 90 minutes upon check in. Had to finally go out & ask where my car was. Zero sympathy from staff. Didn’t even wash it after 2.5 hours even though I requested it at check in & she said they would wash it. Not the first time this has happened at this location. I filled out the survey they sent me post-service & received no response. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I bought my 2007 Prius brand new from Rodland, and they are the only ones who have touched my car for maintenance of any sort. I have had good and bad experiences in the past 18 years but it never ceases to amaze me how HONEST they have been. I am female and the stereotype (which is usually true) is that cars and women don't go well together. Lots of mansplaining and shady stuff go on. That has NEVER been my experience with Rodland - from buying my Prius in 2007 from Colin to today's maintenance with Brandon, I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Today's kudos go to Brandon, who took care of me from check-in to check-out. He is professional, funny, personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I brought my car in at 1pm for a routine maintenance, my appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I asked how long it was going to take and I was told an hour and 20 minutes. After 4 hours my car hadn’t been serviced and I had to ask the service guys and there was no response. They had not yet started working on it and it took my probing to actually be told. Rodland do better!

Don't come here for an oil change unless you want to wait over 3 HOURS WITH APPOINTMENT. Every time I come here they take forever with the oil change. I was told my oil change would take 1 hour and 30 minutes and ended waiting 3 hours and 40 min. I was with my toddler and she played in their kids room. We left the play room to have a snack as they don't allow food on the play room. The service lady came and asked if we were done with the play room and if so to clean it before we leave. Mind you there were no toys on the floor. The toys my daughter played with were on two play tables they have. I would understand if she turn the room upside down. But being asked to clean the toys on the table after waiting that long shouldn't have happened. That lady was only giving water bottles and chatti

Appointment times are not prioritize. I always make an appointment for a certain time and my car will sit there for hrs before being serviced (I can see activity through the Toyota app). My appointment time was 10:15, at 12:50 I messaged the service advisor for an update on my vehicle since I could see through the app that there had been no activity since I dropped it off. 20 minutes later I recieved a reply saying they were working on it and should be done soon. I checked the app again and finally saw activity on my vehicle but only after asking for the update. Maintenance appointments used to take 45mins to 1.5hrs, but now they take over 2hrs every time! Not mention that after I recieved my car the tires had not been filled to 35psi, I'm also pretty sure the tires weren't rotated either
