I had my vehicle serviced here… it was quick, easy, painless… however when they took my payment… they gave me the total. I handed them my card, Sergio ran it, gave me the receipt and I left. I didn’t even notice until I saw my bank notification and wondered why it was more than the total he told me. I looked at the paperwork and noticed I was charged an additional $25 and the description says, “non cash adjustment.” Anyway now I no longer trust this place so that’s cool. Check your receipt before you walk out the door. Just because they’re friendly doesn’t mean they aren’t scamming you I guess.

My boyfriend and I have gone here multiple times with all 3 of our vehicles and have had amazing experiences each and every time! The people are kind, the prices are reasonable, and their work is efficient and effective. We’ve since moved out of the area but I still plan to go here for services!

I will never go to another mechanic as long as Rodriguez is open. Nowhere else do you get awesome service from friendly people at such a great price. And talk about fast! Their turnaround time on these repairs is incredible.

So incredibly kind, quick, and incredible service. Was able to get an appointment the next day AND when they ran into a needed part, they located it and called me with the update, and new price which made the whole process feel seamless! I've already recommended them to others and will continue using them as my auto shop. Best. Service. Ever!

I needed my van for a family trip, but it was making a weird noise. Sergio was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday, and did a great job to boot. The service here is fantastic!
