In June 2025 my family was traveling back to the Kansas City metro area when we had a tire tpms leakage emergency. This shop was the nearest one to us at 5:00 pm on a Friday that was still open at the time. In fact, they were closed by the time we arrived, yet they still helped us. I was traveling with my granddaughter and her grandmother. The staff made us feel completely at ease and very accommodated for our every need. Our granddaughter was only 6 years old, yet they were patient with her as she played in the shop's parking lot. They sourced the part nearby and installed it post haste.
