Rogers' Northside Garage

A little over a year ago we had repair work done on one of our cars at Roger's Northside Garage. A couple of issues recently came up related to that work, and Ruben got our car in quickly, they diagnosed and repaired the issues, and did it all under warranty of the original work. To be clear, there was no issue with the quality of the original work as, due to no fault of theirs, a part failed. I believe that this is a business that operates with integrity and concern for providing quality service to its customers. I will use them in the future and do recommend them highly.

I can’t say enough good things about Ruben and his team. They do good work, they’re super transparent, and so far all the repairs they’ve done for me were completed same day. They not only address whatever problem you brought it in for, but they do a full bumper-to-bumper inspection. The software they use for that is really cool. I got a link texted to me that contained the whole inspection report with pics/videos of anything and everything that they thought required immediate attention or could possibly require attention down the road, along the price of each action item. On each of the quoted items you simply click accept or deny, and within a matter of minutes, they are moving forward with whichever repairs you authorized. This was my first time going to Roger’s. They got me in that day, diagnosed the issue, gave me a detailed online report, and called to explain what they were seeing. Honestly the smoothest and most confident I’ve felt at a mechanic. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future. Super friendly service, honest, and efficient. They even followed up after returning my car to match sure everything was good. I ❤️ them

10/10. I dropped my Subaru off at 8:30am making an unknown sound, did a test drive with Daniel, and left. Got my work order text and easily was able to select what work to do or not do, and at 2:30 I got a phone call the issue was fixed and ready to be picked up! Ruben was great with communication the whole time and even sent a nice follow up message just to check and make sure. I appreciate Daniel and Ruben for making this whole process a breeze.
