Alecha at the Caldwell location clearly walked me through my initial process of rebuilding my engine and what to expect on my Ram 2500. She kept me up to speed throughout the process with the various timelines and process changes. As with most rebuilds as you get further into a rebuild parts are found that really need to be replaced due to excessive ware and tare. Even though the final cost was higher than what was initially quoted I am pleased to have a safe and reliable truck. I appreciate everyone’s hard work and willingness to go the extra mile in providing me and my family a safe and reliable transportation especially during this upcoming winter weather here in Idaho.

I took my car here and asked for a simple inspection. Kurt told me they could do it, so I left the vehicle with them. When I came back, they had performed a completely different service that I never asked for and then tried to charge me for it. On top of that, Kurt was very rude and unreasonable when I questioned why they did work that wasn’t authorized. This is extremely unprofessional. Customers should never be charged for services they didn’t approve. I would highly recommend staying away from this shop. I will never be coming back.

Kara was truly amazing! She was kind, helpful and did an outstanding job of giving all my options! It was a stressful time thinking I just had a bad tire. Also I want to thank the crew that worked oj my daughter's car. Thank you Jo for helping get back the temporary tire so we could get the car back. I truly had an amazing experience. I had a blow out and then I had to get to a safe space so I drove on it several miles. I thought I needed new tire and wheel, but they fixed the wheel and because I had tire protection, the tire coat $24! I’m a happy customer! Kara was great and pleasant to work with. Also very knowledgeable.
