I have never been so consistently treated so poorly and talked down to than during my experience trying to have a blow device installed. The woman who works the front and runs customer service is a terrible person who doesn't know how to politely communicate with customers. On 5 different occasions, she spoke down to me, treated me poorly, and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. From the moment I initiated communication, our relationship was terrible. During our first conversation she told me I needed a 6 month install, I let her know I needed a 90 day clean report, she told me that most diversion clients are normally mistaken and she often has to correct them. No stars they quoted my dad $340 less than they actually charged him then they didn’t torque the plugs in properly causing now over $1000 more damage that they’re not willing to fix stay clear of Roger’s tuneup unless you want your vehicle ruined they only got one star because it wouldn’t allow me to do zero stars!!!! The positive reviews that you see on there are good friends there is that they probably do do good work for but as somebody who went in there with their father just to get an honest deal got totally ripped off. Stay clear of Rogers.

5 star review so we tried them out. They are telling us they are so busy they might not get to it ... I've called to check and they gave me a scam run around. It's been over a month and no calls or updates to say anything. I drive by the place to see the car parked in the same spot. An update would be awesome. So if you want your car done now maybe don't go to them at all. As soon as you walk in it's like brake time they are just sitting around in the office. You try to tell the lady who is the one writing things down what's wrong and the guys start asking questions like they are going to fix it now. Honestly just a distraction to what you're really supposed to do. Give your information to the lady and then walk out if you can even stand to do that...

I simply called to ask for a price of an oil change. Woman on the phone was rude when I simply asked a question if she could repeat the prices. She hung up on me. Laughable customer service. Unprofessional. And unnecessary negativity. Dodged a bullet.
