Backstory: I took my 2017 Equinox to a Firestone twice, once in Oklahoma, and once in Ohio. On both occasions, I was told to replace both of my trailing arms, bushings (the works). As a last-ditch effort, I took my car to Al and his team. Him and 2 other mechanics took a good look, and came back to my with the news -- the trailing arms were 100% HEALTHY. Not a thing wrong with them. As a matter of fact, Al had found that my brake pads needed replaced, which is something that Firestone *completely missed* on the inspection. My family has been using Rohaley’s for over 25 years. My brother sent me to Al because he felt I was wasting money taking my car to the dealer for oil changes. I took my car and Al came back into the shop and asked if I knew how to check my oil level. I told him “No” . He then showed me that I had 60% oil. The dealer had been changing new oil! Al told me to go away and come back when my oil level hit 20%. I have been going to Al now for 9 years and Al has maintained my car for all those years. I moved to the West Side of Cleveland and I happily drive across town knowing I can trust Al and the team at Rohaley’s!!!

Absolute lifesaver! My mom and stepdad were stranded 500 miles away from home with a failed wheel bearing that damaged the axle on their camper. Although busy, Alec made room, made extra effort, and even let them plug into his shop overnight so the food in the fridge didn't go bad. He fixed it fast, and the bill was less than expected.
