Rome Motors

I had a great experience at Rome Motors. They did my oil change, checked my coolant, and replaced my windshield washer fluid. I normally hate going to mechanics, but I actually felt comfortable here. The staff is super welcoming and friendly, and they explained everything without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. I definitely trust them with my car and will be coming back!

They put a junk transmission in my car and they know it. The transmission they put in died within the warranty and my car has been sitting there again for months. This time since march. The manager Brian said “you better give us a 5 star review because we lost money with you” excuse you?! Tom or someone needs to call me right away. There has been no communication. Weeks of us calling with 1 false promise of a call back and then it’s like they changed their number. If I could give less stars I would. You need to call me. You're connected with Aamco....

By far, the worst dealership/service department I have ever dealt with. 7 trips there to correctly replace a simple wheel bearing. 3 trips for a rear differential. Then they replaced my rear brakes and screwed up my ABS. 2 more trips and they still didn't fix. Then they stopped taking my calls. Aside from Ben, who i think is a good guy, this place is awful. Take your business elsewhere

Chris at Rome motors made my car buying process a breeze! He was very helpful and honest about everything. The dealership also gives a great warranty just incase anything were to happen. I was in and out the same day, driving off the lot in my new beautiful car! All in all I highly recommend Chris and Rome motors to anyone in the market for a vehicle. 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️

This place is great! As a first time buyer and taking out a loan i was super nervous to get screwed over. I saw an audi a4 on Cargurus that fit what i was looking for perfectly it just had higher miles than i wanted. But when Chris showed me the carfax and that it was serviced religiously at an Audi dealership and when i got to test drive the car i knew the car was kept up with and wasn’t going to screw me over. Chris was great to me and answered everything honestly and made me feel like i was making the right decision. His inventory isn’t junk at all, his prices are great, and he even had a brand new battery put in for me before i drove the car off the lot.
