I have been doing business with Romeo Nissan since their transition from Kingston Nissan, with whom I've been doing business with for well over 30 years. My wife and I have purchased over 8-9 new vehicles over that time frame and have always been happy with our purchases, especially with the quality and dependability. We have always received excellent service! Tina and Desiree both are a pleasure to do business with and the service department has always provided excellent service! I had my truck door repaired. A minor dent was removed. The dent was removed completely and the service was timely and extremely professional. The work was completed within the window of time I was advised of in advance. During the process the service associates kept me advised of the progress and the waiting area was comfortable, clean, beverages were provided and wifi was available without charge.

Very smooth. List what you need done. Get a written estimate. Request that any currently advertised discounts get applied. Get the quality work done efficiently. Pay your bill. Drive home happy. It can't get easier.

What's not to like about the Romeo group. Last month I bought a car from them which was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. The backup camera started malfunctioning so I made an appointment and the service people had me in and out in about 2 hours. Great group. Would highly recommend visiting them for car purchases and service.
