Such a disappointing experience. I was charged $350 by what I thought was a real tow truck company, but they just passed my request to some other random driver. The driver showed up late in a different company’s truck and broke the plastic cover under the front of my car. It’s clear that this is just a scam middleman operation. Felt like a total rip-off. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
