If you're buying from out of town, you're likely out of sight and out of mind. The manager, Steven Harmon, did a poor job of "handling" the situation we found ourselves in. 11 days after going into this dealer I'm left frustrated with an expensive paper weight in my driveway due to a complete lack of communication and documentation. If not for Liz and Justin helping me with this situation, I don't know when I'd be able to drive the purchased vehicle. We flew in from out of state to drive home our new truck, assured that the recall maintenance would have been performed by 10am Feb 16th. This is the worst used car dealership ever. I bought a 2020 ford expedition over $32,000. Drove of the lot. The whole car broke down, the trunk doesn’t open. I told Blake and Mike about the issues if they car, Blake said he ordered the parts, but in reality he never did. I brought the car for repairs or change in for another car. Mind you, I’ve only used this car for less than 24hrs with all these issues, and Check engine light. Only for them to tell me to trade it in for another car and be on a negative of almost $19,000. I said no, they should fix the car. It’s over a month now, yet no body has called me back to let me know when they will be able to have a loaner car to give me, or an appointment to fix my car. Mind you, I paid over $4000 in extended warranty. This is the last time I wil
